Course Overview

Hawaiian 2

Hawaiian Language II students continue to develop and improve their language skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Students initiate and engage in meaningful conversations and write short compositions on various topics using greater complexity in language expression.

Hawaiian 3

Hawaiian Language-Level III develops more complex language structures and introduces the student to short authentic literary and auditory selections. The primary objective is to further develop the student's oral, aural, and writing skills. Much of the class will be conducted in Hawaiian.

Instructors Philosophy of Education

I believe that all students have the ability to succeed and it is my job as a teacher to tap into that ability so that they can be successful in whatever they choose to do.
