Kamehameha High School - Internships

Work based Learning: Internships

Internships represent a work based learning activity where students actually work in a particular occupational area for a minimum of 60 hours. In '06-'07, KS Hawai'i juniors enrolled in a 0.5 credit semester Internship course.

Our Goal for Next School Year

Our goal for next year includes increasing intern opportunities by placing juniors in job shadows at the start of the school year, so internships can follow during Christmas break and after school, as well as during Summers.
